Folkestone Tap Takeover

Folkestone Tap Takeover is returning for its third year next month—and this year’s celebration of craft beer promises to be the biggest yet.

The first weekend of September will see 19 venues across the town pouring beers from some of the nation’s best independent breweries, giving locals and visitors alike the chance to try something new.

Each participating venue will be turning over their taps to one specific brewery for the weekend—and the event’s strict ‘no Kent breweries’ rule means there should be something fresh for even the most well-travelled beer lover to discover.

Folkestone Tap Takeover runs for three days from Friday, September 4, to Sunday, September 6, and will be taking place at 19 bars and pubs across Folkestone and Sandgate. You can find full details of the participating venues and breweries here. Printed maps will also be available at each venue over the weekend.
