A Folkestone based community sauna for and by sea swimmers at Folkestone Rowing Club based at Sandgate. They are open from October to May.

For non-members they have open days where everyone is welcome for free. This is on the first Sunday of every month from 10:00-14:00.

Sauna Membership is £95 for the year.
