Nick Ewbank Associates is a consultancy firm which is based in the old bank in Sandgate village. Nick Ewbank and his associates provide research and advise to government bodies and councils with the goal of helping regeneration and preserving cultural heritage.  Additionally,  Nick Ewbank was a special adviser to the House of Lords Select Committee, his role was to help raise awareness of some of the challenges  that face many of our coastal communities and help regenerate seaside towns.
