The Famous Ship Inne is a traditional pub in Sandgate with a cosy snug and a sea view restaurant. The Restaurant serves a varied menu, featuring homemade specials from local produce, and great bar snacks. Drinks can be enjoyed in the bar or on the first-floor sun terrace that has spectacular channel views. The Ship Inn is dog friendly and they have a real fires place in the front and back bar.

The Ship Inn serves specials such as Pie of the week, such as Steak and Stilton pie with creamy spring onion mash, roasted veg and rich gravy. 

 Food is served from Monday to Thursday 12-3pm and then 5-9pm. On Fridays 12 to 3pm then 5-9:30pm.  Saturdays they serve food all day 12pm to 9:30pm, Sundays from 12pm to 8pm.
